Shizuka Campagna who teaches Japanese language and culture at the Master the Possibilities, will lead you through the enlightenment of the Japanese Tea Ceremony. It is much more than drinking a cup of tea. This meditative practice helps promote mindfulness, social skills, attention to details, inner calm, aesthetic appreciation, personal growth, and connection with nature.
