The last thing you should do is begin the year with the notion that you should start a diet and join a gym! ‘New You in 2022’ will show you how to make realistic, lasting, lifestyle changes. Dieting does not work, and gym memberships are often abandoned. Eating healthy and moving more are the keys to health, wellness, and happiness. On Top of the World, Fitness Director, Cammy Dennis and Fitness Supervisor, Jessica Pinkowski will highlight how to adopt healthy habits to help you find a New You in 2022!
