About: Fun at the Park “Gnome and Fairy Festival” is a day of interactive and imaginative fun for the whole family. From searching high and low for Fairy Doors, to finding hidden Gnomes or getting up close to a real live mystical creature, children and adults will feel like they are living out a storybook fantasy. Live musical entertainment is always part of Fun at the Park. Guests will enjoy the enchanting and mystical sounds of String Fyre, a 5 piece Celtic band, along with Irish step dancing performances by The Irish Echoes on the Sholom Park stage. We will also have a Fairy Godmother sharing fairytales every half hour in the jasmine covered Pergebo. Product vendors and event partners will be providing additional fairytale fun along with creative arts and crafts so everyone can take home a little piece of magic.
Attendance: October’s 2019 Fun at the Park “Let’s Get Buggy 2! brought over 4000 attendees to the park. We are anticipating over 5000 event attendees for our Gnome and Fairy Festival.
Vendor Application Fees: Payment of invoice total must be received within 5 business days of application approval via PayPal, cash or check. A $25 processing fee will be withheld from check refund if agreement is cancelled before January 31, 2020. All application fees are non-refundable after January 31, 2020.

Includes: 12’x12’ Vendor Space with 10’x10’ Tent, One-6’ Banquet Table and Two Chairs.
$75 Booth Space Only
Includes: 12’x12’ Vendor Space only. Vendors will supply their booth needs. Tents must be properly secured with sandbags or weighted buckets. Ground Stakes are not permitted due to irrigation lines throughout the park.

Vendor Application Acceptance Policy: Confirmation for the Fun at the Park “Gnome and Fairy Festival” is based on the date and time of application submissions AND payment. Additionally, Sholom Park, HAPI Inc Board/Committee we will take your product or service into consideration when reviewing your completed application, as our goal is to provide a unique experience for attendees by ensuring variety. However, we are unable to guarantee there will not be competing vendors. The Sholom Park – HAPI, Inc. reserves the right to turn down applications based on the number of applications received and overall variety of applications. You will be notified via email of application approval. At that time, you will have 5 business days to submit the required deposit mentioned above.
Proceeds: Vendors keep 100% of their proceeds for sales on the day of the event.
Set-up, Hours, Teardown: Vendors may begin to arrive as early as 9am on Sunday, February 23, 2020. All vendors must be on site no later than 11:30 am. Any vendors arriving after the 11:30am deadline will be turned away and will forfeit their application fee. Set-up must be completed no later than 12:00pm and vendor booths must remain open for business until 4pm with no exceptions. The event begins at 1pm but guest will begin arriving as early as 11am. **Vendor booth site will be assigned by Sholom Park staff.
Parking/Load in-out: All vendors and vendor staff will enter the General Parking entrance just north of Sholom Parks main entrance. You must check in with an event volunteer in General Parking for additional off-loading and parking instructions. Vehicles are not allowed within the park so you must come prepared to transport your booth and products from the drop off location to your assigned booth site. Sholom Park will have staff in Golf Carts to assist with transport of booth and products but vendors are responsible for loading and off-loading carts. Sholom Park, HAPI Inc. staff and/or volunteers will not be held responsible for any damages to vendor booths or products.
On-site Resources: All vendors must be able to operate independently. This is an outdoor event. There are no electrical or water sources available near vendor booth site. Vendors are responsible for all set-up and clean-up of their vendor space and their immediate area surrounding such space.
Additional Vendor Information and Guidelines
- The event will be held rain or shine.
- Sholom Park, HAPI Inc. reserves the right to cancel the event due to inclement weather concerns. If Sholom Park, HAPI Inc. chooses to cancel the event, you will be notified via email and phone. Full refunds will be issued to all paid vendors.
- Sholom Park, HAPI Inc. staff and/or volunteers are not responsible for any theft or damages to vendor booths or products.
- It is the sole responsibility of vendors to adhere to all Florida State Tax and use laws.
- Please keep your area clean and do not throw trash next to or behind your area. The trash containers provided in the designated vendor area are for the Vendors are responsible for their own trash and trash removal.
- If you are no longer able to participate in Sholom Park Gnome and Fairy Festival please let us know asap so we can give other vendors opportunity to participate. Refund minus $25 non-refundable fee will be given if cancelled by January 31, 2020.
